Garmin Training Report 3/13/11
Training ride with Aleah and Helo. Both horses did well, Aleah was slightly trippy, but drank a lot and a lot and a lot of water and her heart rates were 44! Helo was very good, had a little trouble with bridges and his heart rates were 56-64. Both still had bright eyes at the end of the day!
Also, saw Carolyn Vavala while out on trail in her trademark pink. She was trail riding out with friends and looked great!
